1. Return Rights
Myxarothghak offers return rights if a product is defective or does not meet the specifications outlined in your order. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our printing services.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Return Conditions
You may return a product to Myxarothghak in the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Incorrect Specifications: If the product does not match the specifications agreed upon in your order
- Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Custom or personalized items that were produced according to your specifications
- Products returned after the specified return period
- Items damaged due to customer negligence
3. Return Process
To return a product to Myxarothghak, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email or call Myxarothghak within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
- Provide Details: Explain the reason for return and provide your order number
- Receive Authorization: Wait for return authorization and instructions from Myxarothghak
- Package Securely: Package the product securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship Back: Send the product to the address provided by Myxarothghak
- Await Processing: Wait for confirmation that we have received and inspected the returned product
Please do not return products without prior authorization from Myxarothghak, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product to Myxarothghak. The return must be received by Myxarothghak in good condition within this timeframe.
For defective products or items that do not meet specifications, Myxarothghak will extend the return period as necessary to resolve the issue.
Please note that the return period begins from the date you receive the product, not the date of order placement.
5. Refund Process
Once Myxarothghak has received and verified the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Bank Processing: Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Partial Refunds: If only part of an order is returned, a partial refund will be issued
Myxarothghak will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective Products: Myxarothghak will cover return shipping costs for defective items
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, Myxarothghak will cover return shipping
- Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs
- Free Returns: In some cases, Myxarothghak may provide a prepaid return label
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Myxarothghak's part.
7. Exchanges
Myxarothghak offers exchange options if a product is defective or incorrect. To request an exchange:
- Contact Myxarothghak within 14 days of receipt
- Specify the desired replacement product or correction needed
- Follow the return process to send back the original item
- Once received, Myxarothghak will produce and ship the replacement
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, Myxarothghak will offer a refund or alternative solution.
8. Special Cases
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match your specifications. Myxarothghak will work with you to resolve any issues with custom orders.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, returns are accepted for defective items only. Partial returns may be accepted if a portion of the order is defective.
Rush Orders
Rush orders follow the same return policy, but please contact Myxarothghak immediately if you notice any issues to expedite resolution.
9. Product Condition for Returns
Returned products must be in their original condition:
- Unused and unopened (where applicable)
- In original packaging if possible
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Not damaged by customer use or handling
Myxarothghak reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to deduct from the refund amount for any damage or missing items.
